This portal is the property of Barclay Capital Pty Limited and is provided solely to authorised users: Barclay Capital personnel, and brokers and applicants whom Barclay Capital has invited to complete, sign and follow their own loan applications. Access by any other person, or use for any other purpose, is prohibited.
Monitoring and audit
All activity on this portal is logged, including sign-ins, IP addresses, device information, document access, changes and downloads. These records are retained indefinitely and may be used for security, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. By signing in you consent to this monitoring.
Confidentiality
Material on this portal — including deal data, investor information and investment memoranda — is strictly private and confidential. Users must not disclose, distribute or reproduce any material except in the proper performance of their role, and must take reasonable care when forwarding documents to intended recipients.
Privacy
Personal information handled through this portal (including investor details) is collected and processed for the purpose of arranging and documenting investment transactions, and is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Data is hosted in Australia.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure — passwords, and whatever second step their account uses, whether an authenticator app or the mobile a code is sent to — must not share accounts, and must notify Barclay Capital immediately of any suspected compromise. Barclay Capital may suspend or revoke access at any time without notice.
